Occupational Health & Safety Services (via referral)

To fully understand an employer's needs in the area of Occupational Health and Safety, Corporate Spectrum, via referral, will conduct an audit of your current Management Systems together with a risk assessment if contracted to do so. This will identify any areas that may need improvement, then we will provide a written report detailing areas that need to be addressed together with appropriate recommendations to assist with compliance with current legislation.

Corporate Spectrum's OHS Consulting services provide specialised on-site consulting to assist employers in satisfying their legal obligations under the Act. We also recommend regular monitoring of your OHS performance and practices.

Corporate Spectrum's OHS services include:

  • Assistance in the development of OHS Management Systems, including documentation, procedures, implementation and review mechanisms;

  • Development and delivery of employee OHS induction programs;

  • Development and delivery of Occupational Health & Safety employee training programs;

  • Formulation and delivery of Hazard Identification programs, including Plant Risk Assessment;

  • Development and implementation of Injury Reporting Procedures;

  • Formulation and delivery of Manual Handling programs;

  • Development and review of OHS Management Systems; and

  • Assistance in establishment of procedures for Safety Committees, participating at the Committee level if required.

Any advice provided is for the consideration of your experienced team. While our services may involve liaising with onsite return-to-work coordinators, WorkCover Managers, stakeholders, etc., the ultimate responsibility remains with your internal team and this is not in replacement of the steps required to be taken by your internal RTW Coordinator/s. Despite circumstances where there is a necessity to have multiple return-to-work coordinators, we do not offer such external services to absorb the role despite our assistance in some facets. Our agreed-upon hours are limited, and our structure operates via E-commerce. While we provide support for some related tasks and may assist your RTW Coordinators and claims resources the onus is on your internal team to understand and ensure all compliance boxes are checked in respect of each case. Our structure, limitations, and service scope necessitate that our clients adhere to legislative requirements at all times.
